Purpose of job:

Position holder will be responsible for greeting and proctoring process of Remote Proctored Exams. As a part of the role, job holder will be responsible for assisting a test taker in the check in process, assessing and validating the credentials of the candidates appearing for Remote Proctored Exams.

Skills and Knowledge:

Meet English language proficiency at a minimum level of IELTS band 6.5 or equivalent internationally recognised qualification (BCMS will arrange for language proficiency and certification test) Good Computer (MS office) and keyboard handling skills

Experience:

For fresher – Proficient in English Communication Skills – both verbal and written For experienced – Experience in Backend BPO process where customer communication was a part of the role.

Qualification:

Education – Graduate (preferable) should have completed a diploma/ degree/ professional course post senior Secondary.

Context and environment:  

A new process being set up. A back-office process with 8AM-8PM operations in Noida (NCR) work from office. Process is responsible for assessing and validating the credentials for candidates appearing for Remote Proctored Exams. The overall process size is approximately 70 resources. Operations in one shift. The placement for this role is based on a comprehensive assessment based on Training and clearance of Background checks.
