Job Title: Finance Trainee

Location: India (Remote)


Position Overview:

As a Finance Trainee you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices to clients.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoicing activities and update the accounting system.

Salary Administration:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

Payments and Transactions:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage and reconcile company bank accounts.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.

Other Duties:

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and procedures.
  • All the admin related tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience or knowledge in a finance role, preferably within a recruiting or service-oriented company.
  • Experience or knowledge in working for a Swedish or European organization within finance is preferable
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
