Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and placing consultants (on the bench) for our clients. You will be working closely with the sales team to meet staffing needs and ensuring that bench consultants are placed quickly and effectively. The role requires an understanding of the IT staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit IT professionals who are on the bench, actively seeking new job opportunities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and work with the internal sales team to understand client requirements.
- Network with candidates via job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including technical and behavioral interviews.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up on interviews and placements.
- Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and match candidates' profiles.
- Negotiate compensation, benefits, and terms with consultants and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Foster strong relationships with consultants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor the progress of bench consultants and track their availability for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in IT staffing and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry, technologies, and technical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using job boards (, Indeed, Monster), recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with both contract and full-time placements.
- Familiarity with a variety of technologies (Java, .NET, SAP, AWS, etc.).
- Previous experience in bench management or staffing industry preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
