Employee Relations:

- Provide administrative support in responding to employee inquiries and resolving basic HR issues.

- Assist with employee relations activities and maintain positive employee morale.

HR Reporting:

- Generate and maintain accurate HR reports and data analysis as required.

- Assist in preparing HR reports for senior Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.

- Proficiency in HRIS (e. , ADP, Workday) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
