Job Brief

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Achieve growth by successfully managing the sales team and social media marketing team.

- Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

- Understanding the ideal customers and how they relate to our business.

Requirements and Skills

- MBA in business administration, marketing, or a related field

- Successful previous experience as a Sales Head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and IT industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management 5-day working week
