We work with start-ups and agencies in various segments; some of our current customers specialise in marketing, fintech and SaaS services.Role typeFull-time and fully remote (2pm - 10pm IST)Salary range₹18L - ₹25L per yearAbout the roleAs a Paid Social Manager, you'll be responsible for unlocking the digital growth opportunities available to our clients through hands-on campaign management across paid social channels. You'll also be focused on building relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities via services offered in-house.Main duties and responsibilitiesPlease note: This is a technical role, so experience planning, building and running paid social campaigns is a must.- Develop and execute paid social strategies: Design, implement, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok to drive conversions. - Budget management and allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) while meeting business objectives and campaign KPIs. - Campaign optimisation and A/B testing: Continuously optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, creative adjustments, and audience segmentation to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI. - Data analysis and reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide detailed reports on key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, with actionable recommendations for improvement. - Audience targeting and segmentation: Create and refine custom audiences and lookalike audiences to improve ad relevance and personalisation, leveraging customer data, CRM insights, and platform targeting tools. - Collaboration with creative teams: Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, ensuring messaging, visuals, and formats are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.Platform knowledge- Meta ads (required); - TikTok ads (desired); - LinkedIn ads (desired); - Reddit ads (desired).Who are we looking for- Minimum 7 years of experience within a paid social management role; - Excellent communicator; - Dynamic approach to challenges; - Creative thinker; - Willingness to learn new skill-sets; - Excited by a fast-moving agency landscape.What's on offer- Remote working; - 30 days holiday + bank holidays; - Be a part of a unique UK based agency, delivering campaigns across worldwide markets.
