Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Node.js, React.js, REST Services)

Location: Any client location in India (initially 3 days onsite, potential for fully remote based on performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Willingness to work till late night (10-11 PM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and REST services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Design and implement RESTful services and APIs.
• Strong experience with mongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of Node.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with MongoDB
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be willing to work till late night (10-11 PM).
• The role requires initial onsite presence for 3 days a week, with the possibility of transitioning to a fully remote position based on performance.
