Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales cum Customer Success Specialist. You will be responsible for daily customer interactions, managing sales processes, conducting product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support customer relationships, addressing client queries and providing effective solutions.
  • Handle sales processes, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making skills.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data and sales activities.
  • Proactively manage a target-driven environment and self-motivate to achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Knowledge of the messaging app industry and workplace communication tools is a plus.
