Located in the developed industrial area of Shivane, Pune, the company is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and comprehensive testing and inspection facilities.Position: Sr. Design & Estimation EngineerLocation: Shivane, PuneReporting To: General Manager / DirectorQualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical EngineeringExperience: 3–5 Years in Panel Manufacturing IndustryKey Roles & Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of electrical control panels as per project requirements and standards. - Review and finalize electrical drawings, GA, power and control drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) within project timelines. - Ensure accuracy in design calculations, material selection, and technical documentation. - Coordinate with clients for design approvals and technical clarifications. - Supervise and guide the design team to maintain quality and efficiency. - Provide technical support to production and testing teams during panel assembly and FAT.Estimation Responsibilities:- Evaluate tenders and prepare accurate cost estimates within deadlines. - Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements for pricing. - Float enquiries to vendors and prepare techno-commercial comparisons. - Negotiate with suppliers and support value engineering to optimize project costs. - Maintain confidentiality of costing data and ensure ISO documentation compliance.Additional Responsibilities:- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and drawing records. - Support management in process improvement and team development initiatives.
