The Role:

The Salesforce CRM manager is responsible for managing and improving the company's Salesforce, HubSpot and other platforms to support Sales and Marketing operations.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team of Salesforce and HubSpot specialists to ensure optimal performance and maximum value delivered through these tools.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce and Hubspot apps, fields, page layouts, workflows, processes, and reports to support business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce and associated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements, define project scopes, and set timelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to users on Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce admin experience and 3+ years of management experience
  • A bachelor’s degree. Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets to derive insights.
  • Initiative, exceptional communication and management skills, with proven leadership abilities.
  • Must be willing to work 9 am-5 pm Eastern Time
  • EdTech experience is a plus.
