We're a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand redefining cultural education for kids—and we’re just getting started.Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our e-commerce operations. From managing suppliers and logistics partners to ensuring seamless order fulfillment, you’ll play a critical role in getting our innovative products into the hands of families across India and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesManage vendor and logistics relationships (including exports/imports) Oversee warehousing, packaging, and last-mile delivery Optimize fulfillment processes to reduce costs and improve delivery speed Forecast demand, manage inventory, and reduce stock-outs Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with sales & marketing goals Identify and implement tools and process improvements for scalability✅ You Bring 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in e-commerce or D2C Strong grasp of logistics, inventory planning & order fulfillment Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is a must Problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Startup-ready attitude: proactive, adaptable, and growth-focused✨ Why Panda’s Box?
