Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js. You will play a critical role in leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Lead end-to-end project delivery including architecture, design, development, and deployment

- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other developers to deliver features

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with best practices

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability


- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Implement RESTful APIs and work with third-party integrations

- Participate in agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban)

- Ensure the security and data protection of applications

Required Skills :


- Frontend : React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript (preferred)

- Backend : Node.js, Express.js

- Database : MongoDB, Mongoose

- Cloud Platforms : AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.), Docker (preferred)

- DevOps/CI-CD : Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab

- Testing : Jest, Mocha, Cypress (preferred)

- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture


- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web security best practices

Good to Have :


- Experience with GraphQL

- Experience with performance tuning and scaling high-traffic applications

- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Trello

- Previous experience in a client-facing or leadership role
