Description :Position : Software Development Engineer - Oracle SCM Transportation ManagementLocation : Pune, IndiaEducation Requirement : 15 years of full-time educationExperience : Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation ManagementRole OverviewAs a Software Development Engineer, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of application components for multiple clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions meet business needs, deliver high performance, and maintain scalability and quality.Key Responsibilities :- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding them through technical and strategic decisions.- Drive solution design and problem-solving across multiple teams to address complex business challenges.- Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote continuous learning and improvement.- Oversee application maintenance and enhancements to support evolving user and business requirements.- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.Must-Have Skills :- Proven expertise in Oracle SCM Transportation Management (OTM).- In-depth understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.- Strong background in application development methodologies and frameworks.- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.- Experience with database management, data integration, and related technologies.Additional Details :- This is a Pune-based position.- Candidates must have at least 7.5 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.- A 15-year full-time education background is mandatory.
