Primary Technical Skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Core DBA / Apps DBA, EBS-Finance/Fusion[1]Finance, HRMS/Fusion HCM, SOA/OSB


What you will do?


  • Develop and maintain program plans, including schedules, budget, and resource allocation
  • Identify, manage and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead program status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure program delivery within defined timelines and scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success
  • Establish program management best practices and standards
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project and program managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Know customer business, their landscape and roadmap ahead to align project deliverables with customer's strategic objectives.
  • Anticipate customer's future needs and provide valuable insights and recommendations throughout project and future requirements if any.
  • Monitor program budget and resource utilization, and drive profitability and growth of the program.
  • Operations:
  • Resource Management – D2D Operations
  • Regular Service performance measurement
  • Ensure future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all related IT systems
  • Act as the key point of escalation and ownership for all deliverables
  • Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Strategic relationship building with customer
  • Adjacent expansion
  • Process Excellence
  • Collaboration with AM, AAG and EAST team as per need
  • Managing Revenue
  • Planning optimum utilization of resources
  • Competency Building:
  • Experience in building teams with Oracle competency
  • Resource management exp with team size 50+
  • Conversant with Oracle related technologies and Oracle cloud services
  • Excellent communication skills, and attitude to get things done, and a willingness to work in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Effectively communicate the Oracle Competency unit’s goals to every level and align their performance.
  • Own the Oracle competency certification goals and drive the team members to meet the goals
  • Partner with diverse teams of DMs, Account managers, external vendors, Talent Acquisition, and Resource fulfillment teams
  • Capacity Management:
  • Understanding various JDs, Screen profiles, Connect with RMG, Vendors, conduct interviews and close the positions as per business requirements and timelines
  • Maintain the delivery pool of resources
  • Own Resource fulfillment metrics for Oracle Competency unit
  • Establish continuous communication (bi-directional) with the team members
  • Be the champion of performance management by metrics to identity the right talent for rightful compensation and benefits
  • People retention by proactive scanning of the people risks, work with the “high-risk” employees and retain
  • Be on top of industry people's compensation and benefits and work with HR teams to influence course correction to our policies
  • Team Management: Should be able to Manage the delivery of 4 to 5 Teams each comprising of 5 to 10 people.
  • Customer/Stakeholder management: Responsible to manage day-to-day operations
  • Should own and Manage P&L.
  • Growth: Responsible to maintain consistent growth of Account/Project
  • Resourcing: Should be able to manage the Resource requirement end to end, coordination with RMG, TAC, Vendor, AM Team and Competency unit.
