About the Role We are looking for an experiencedTeradata Developerto join our team on a6–8 month contractual engagementsupporting our North American client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Teradata development, advanced SQL expertise, and the ability to perform independent analysis and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Teradata-based solutions usingBTEQ, MLoad, FastLoad , and related utilities. Write, debug, and tunecomplex SQL queriesfor data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Analyze business and data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide efficient technical solutions. Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and onshore teams to ensure timely delivery. Participate in data validation, performance tuning, and process improvements.Required Skills and Experience Minimum5 years of experienceinTeradata development . Strong SQLprogramming and optimization skills. Hands-on experience withBTEQ, MLoad, FastLoad , and other Teradata utilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environmentPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience withAutoSysjob scheduling. Exposure toGoogle BigQueryor other cloud data platforms.Additional Information Immediate joinerswill be given preference.
