Job Description: CMMI Level 3 Implementation & ISO Audit SpecialistLocation: Quess Towers, BengaluruPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in CMMI Level 3 implementation and managing internal and external audits for ISO 20000 and other relevant standards. The ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive audit readiness across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end CMMI Level 3 implementation, including process definition, gap assessment, documentation, training, and appraisal readiness. - Manage and coordinate internal and external audits for ISO 20000 and additional standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks. - Conduct regular process and compliance assessments, identify gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions. - Own and update organizational process documentation, policies, and SOPs to align with CMMI and ISO standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of compliant processes and quality frameworks. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support teams in implementing best practices. - Prepare audit reports, track non-conformities, and ensure closure within defined timelines. - Serve as the primary point of contact for external assessors, auditors, and certification bodies. - Deliver training and awareness sessions on CMMI, ISO 20000, and other quality standards. - Monitor process KPIs and ensure ongoing compliance with organizational quality objectives.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or IT service management. - Proven experience in implementing CMMI Level 3 (Dev or SVC) in a corporate environment. - Hands-on experience conducting and facilitating internal and external audits for ISO 20000, 9001, 27001, 22301, 27701 - Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
