Description :About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Java development, microservices architecture, and database technologies, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Java 8, Spring, and Spring Boot.- Build and deploy Microservices-based solutions following best practices and coding standards.- Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to enhance application performance.- Integrate applications with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 814 years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development.- Strong proficiency in Java 8, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.- Proven experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.- Expertise in relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) (ref:hirist.tech)
