Job Title : Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Expert Experience: 4+ Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Notice Period : Immediate Joiners We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Expert with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CG Cloud and Retail Execution. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical expertise, with the ability to design and deploy scalable, high-impact solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud solutions. Work on end-to-end Retail Execution processes including Orders, Inventory, and Visit Planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and enhance system capabilities. Build and customize automation using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules. Develop basic Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as required. Generate Reports, Dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business performance. Ensure proper user access through Profiles, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchy configurations. Perform data operations using Data Loader and Data Import Wizard. Support integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs (optional but preferred). Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Strong understanding of Retail Execution modules Orders Inventory Visit Planning Salesforce platform fundamentals: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Basics) Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules Technical capabilities: Basic Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce data operations: Data Loader Data Import Wizard User access management: Profiles Permission Sets Role Hierarchy Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics Good to Have: Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations Prior involvement in end-to-end implementations Global enterprise project experience
