You’ll ensure that each rental application is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.Key Responsibilities- Review rental applications and attached documents. - Verify ID, income, and rental history for accuracy. - Coordinate with property managers or applicants to gather missing details. - Maintain accurate records in internal systems and trackers. - Follow established SOPs for underwriting and document handling.Requirements- 2 + years in real-estate operations, documentation, or verification roles. - Strong written communication skills. - Tech-savvy; comfortable using multiple tools / CRMs. - High ownership and attention to detail. - Willing to work US business hours.Good to Have- Experience with US or international property / leasing processes. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
