Job Description:
Bluebot Digital, a 10-year-old award winning company based in Bengaluru, is seeking a dynamic and super organized Creative Studio Manager with 4-6 years of experience in managing a production studio. The ideal candidate will be a key partner to our creative leads, bridging the gap between creative vision and operational execution. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production studio, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with creative leads to develop shoot timelines, daily and monthly schedules, and manage production workflows from concept through completion.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a diverse team of production staff, ensuring clear communication, and encouraging a collaborative environment that leads to creativity and excellence.
- Production & Art Direction: Must have strong knowledge on production, post production, art direction, image manipulation, Photoshop, and Generative AI, ensuring that the team executes the creative vision effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and creatively address any challenges or obstacles that arise during the production process, ensuring that all projects stay on track.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the creative team and clients/stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the production process.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Passion for Filmmaking: Bring a genuine passion for filmmaking to the role, with a deep understanding of the creative process and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience managing a production studio or creative team.
- Strong knowledge in pre-production, production, post- production, art direction, image manipulation, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Generative Ai is a must
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think quickly and creatively in high-pressure situations.
- Passionate about filmmaking and the creative process.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative leads and team members.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and resource management in a production environment.
