Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Client Acquisition professional with a recruitment background to join our team at Job Hub HR. This mid-level position is available on a freelance, remote basis with work locations in Bangalore, Bangalore Urban, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Candidates must have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in client acquisition and recruitment. The role entails utilizing advanced skills and tools to drive business growth by establishing new client relationships and expanding our client base.


  • Qualifications and Skills Client acquisition specialist (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying and connecting with potential clients.
  • Experience with CRM Software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Expertise in cold email campaigning to reach out to potential clients and initiate business conversations.
  • Strong recruitment marketing skills to attract and engage talent across various platforms.
  • Knowledge and application of lead generation tools to boost the sales pipeline and secure new business.
  • ATS proficiency to streamline candidate tracking and hiring processes efficiently.
  • Exceptional networking capabilities to build and maintain robust relationships within the industry.


  • Roles and Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients in the staffing and recruitment sector to drive business growth.
  • Leverage recruitment marketing tactics to attract and engage a pipeline of potential candidates and clients.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with prospects effectively.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
  • Track and report on industry trends, delivering insights to enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Network with industry professionals to expand our reach and improve our brand presence.
