Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Python Full Stack, Data Engineering, and AI/ML engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

- Drive the technical vision and strategy for projects, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable full-stack applications using Python and relevant front-end technologies.

- Guide the development of data pipelines, data warehousing solutions, and ETL processes using Python and data engineering tools.

- Provide technical direction for the integration and implementation of AI/ML models and solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.

- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent.

- Drive continuous improvement within the engineering team, promoting innovation and adoption of new technologies.

- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of developed applications and systems.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 12+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.

- Significant hands-on experience in Python full-stack development, including both front-end (e.g., Angular, React) and back-end technologies (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Proven experience in data engineering principles and tools, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience in guiding the implementation of AI/ML solutions using Python libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including performance management, mentoring, and career development.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic Qualifications :


- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data and AI/ML services.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of database technologies (both relational and NoSQL).

- Experience in a leadership role within a product-driven organization
