Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large tech support team


Technical Skills:


  • Looking for candidates having worked on Qtest
  • Ability to analyze trends, identify recurring issues, and propose solutions or improvements.
  • Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving Salesforce issues, including managing and troubleshooting system errors having good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in creating and managing reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Experience working in agile/ scum development process
