Backed by Sequoia Capital, Elevation Capital, BEENEXT, and Matrix Partners, we are a Series-C funded startup headquartered in Bengaluru.Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.Key Responsibilities:-Campaign Execution & Management:- Assist in creating, launching, and uploading paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram. - Basic knowledge of ad platforms. - Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.-Analytics & Reporting:- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns. - Prepare performance reports and insights using tools like Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.-Optimization:- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements. - Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize costs.Requirements:- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:- Prior experience/ coursework in digital marketing - Knowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush. - Familiarity with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Knowledge of South Indian languages is a plusWhat We Offer:- Hands-on experience in real-world marketing campaigns. - Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals. - Opportunities to work on diverse projects and multiple channels. - A collaborative and growth-focused work environment.Apply today to kickstart your career in performance marketing and make an impact
