The role requires a deep understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and coordination with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentation drawings, and working drawings using AutoCAD. - Develop plans, elevations, sections, and details as per project requirements. - Coordinate and incorporate inputs from structural, MEP, and interior design teams. - Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards. - Maintain version control of drawings and manage revisions based on client or consultant feedback. - Assist in preparing municipal submission drawings and as-built drawings. - Work closely with site engineers to resolve design discrepancies or practical execution challenges. - Support architects in conceptual drawings, design development, and working documentation. - Ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings as per project schedules.Skills & Competencies:- Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Strong technical drawing and detailing skills. - Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and real estate project documentation. - Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining drawing accuracy.Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.Reporting To:Senior Architect / Project Architect / Project Manager
