Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in the medical device industry to lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to drive the success of projects from inception to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for medical device projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on client and business requirements.
  • Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead regular project meetings and provide stakeholders with consistent updates on project status, milestones, and any changes.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project adhere to relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively manage project resources, including team members, materials, and budgets, to optimize performance and project success.
  • Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, such as project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, encouraging team engagement and continuous improvement practices to enhance project outcomes.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to completion.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of medical device regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and team management.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
