Qualification:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/Msc/MCA – CSE/IT. MBA will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 - 15 years of relevant work experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall software development life cycle.
  • Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
  • Coordinate across cross-functional projects, proactively identifying dependencies and risks between different projects
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and department reviews
  • Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the process
  • Ability to quickly understanding business requirements, estimate the efforts and proposing reference architectures and technology solutions.
  • Ability to drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex material to wide range of audiences in plain language
  • Ability to multi-task, manage projects, set time frames, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as team player, comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguity


Business Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development in a highly technical and analytical role
  • At least 3+ years’ experience in leading/managing large full life cycle software development projects Experienced in driving the architecture, design & development of large enterprise class software systems.
  • Significant experience in Agile Project Management implementation using agile methodologies (Iterative, Scrum, Kanban). Certifications in Agile methodologies such as CSM/A-CSM/CSP-SM are highly desirable.
  • Must have good experience in Software technologies (Angular 2/4/6, React Js)
  • Demonstrate skills in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience in Web Content Management System such as wordpress, drupal.
  • Experience of modern web development tools including HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS / React JS and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap.
  • Proficiency in NodeJS, JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases.
  • Web services development and integration using SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Security, encryption, open-source platforms, messaging systems
  • Writing SQL statements in PostgreSQL / other RDBMS
  • Proficient in writing automated unit and functional tests
  • Proficient with Git source control and effective branching and release management practices
  • Experience with full-stack development i.e. UI, business logic, and PostgreSQL
