Production supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor at Amsarveda located in North Goa. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production tasks, managing production schedules and planning, and ensuring effective communication within the production team. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for production management and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Supervisory skills, production schedules, and production planning
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in production management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the herbal extract, nutraceutical, or natural cosmetic industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
