Presales and Solutioning:

Data Architecture and Modeling:

  • Define best practices and standards for data architecture, including governance, security, and compliance.


Data Warehousing and Analytics:

  • Develop ETL/ELT processes, ensuring efficient data integration and warehousing solutions.
  • Enable advanced analytics through data preparation, transformation, and curation.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to design and implement BI and reporting solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.


Implementation and Support:

  • Provide hands-on implementation for data architecture solutions, working with internal teams and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data architecture issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Stay current with evolving trends in data architecture, analytics, and data engineering to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling, and analytics, with proven presales experience.


Certifications (highly preferred): Relevant certifications such as:

  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
  • Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer
  • AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer
  • TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
  • Certified Data Architect by DAMA International


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
  • Strong experience with data modeling tools and techniques (e.g., ERwin, DBT).
  • Expertise in ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design using tools such as Apache Airflow, Informatica, Talend.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for data transformation and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
