IT Administrator


SAS Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd () is an emerging corporate advisory organization focused on providing holistic corporate advisory and support services for businesses. Among other services we are focused on providing a bouquet of advisory services to foreign companies entering and expanding in the Indian market.


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator with expertise in Zoho One to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure ensuring the security and performance of our systems and optimizing our use of the Zoho One suite of applications. This role involves both strategic IT planning and day today management of IT operations.


Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Zoho One Administration:

  • Manage configure and optimize Zoho One applications (CRM Zoho Desk Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho Projects etc.) to enhance business operations.
  • Customize workflows reports and dashboards to meet team and organizational needs.
  • Ensure smooth integration of Zoho apps with thirdparty software and tools.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide user support for Zoho One applications.

2. IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the companys IT infrastructure including networks servers hardware and software.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage backup systems and disaster recovery processes.

3. IT Security:

  • Ensure the integrity and security of the organizations IT systems including managing firewalls antivirus software and encryption.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Implement IT security best practices and policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

4. User Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support to staff including troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency in Zoho One applications and other IT systems.

5. Infrastructure & Software Optimization:

Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to enhance business operations
and IT systems.

  • Ensure that IT infrastructure meets the companys growing needs including scalability for future growth.

6. Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with external vendors for procurement maintenance and support of IT hardware and software.
  • Negotiate servicelevel agreements (SLAs) with thirdparty providers and ensure compliance.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with Zoho One (CRM Books Desk People Projects and more) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in IT administration managing networks servers and systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT security practices including firewall management encryption and antivirus solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloudbased technologies and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide support and training to nontechnical users.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (GDPR data protection laws) is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network Zoho Certified Administrator ITIL) are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • 35 years of experience in IT administration roles.
  • Experience in managing IT for small to midsized companies.
  • Handson experience with cloudbased platforms and system integration.
