Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in management of software development for enterprise clients who understands how to deliver quality.

Open Positions - 1

Responsibilities

?Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
?Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
?Lead the execution of the project according to the project plan.
?Manage the coordination of team members, contractors, and consultants.
?Ensure resource availability and allocation.
?Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
?Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project updates and deliverables.
?Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
?Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
?Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
?Conduct risk assessments; plan and implement risk mitigation strategies.
?Continuously monitor and report on the progress of the project, potential risks, and strategies employed to mitigate risks.
?Document project progress and other project-related information.
?Create and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
?Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the project day-to-day.
?Ensure that all project documentation is properly signed off, approved, and archived.

Qualifications

• 7 + years of corporate experience with at least 3+ years of Project Coordination & management.
• Must have solid experience in delivering project with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master experience.
• Oversee the documentation of requirements analysis, design specifications, test plans, and executive briefings.
• Experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Knows to break complex requirements into manageable tasks and roadmap.
• Monitor progress against timelines, milestones, and budget.
• Must have excellent client-facing, interpersonal, internal communication, and presentation skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
