Kovil AI is seeking an experienced Technical Interviewer to help us vet and assess top AI and software development talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical skills and hiring processes, particularly in AI, software development, and data science. Your primary role will be to conduct in-depth technical interviews, assess candidate skills, and filter profiles, ensuring only the best talent reaches our team for further evaluation.


Type of Job - Contract - Full Time

Location - Remote within India

Salary - INR 50,000 per month



Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in AI, software development, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to understand job requirements and create effective evaluation strategies.
  • Review resumes and profiles to shortlist candidates for initial interviews.
  • Provide detailed feedback on candidates' technical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Continuously refine the interviewing process to ensure the best candidates are selected efficiently.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in AI and software development to ensure effective candidate assessment.


Required Skills and Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in AI, software development, or related technical roles.
  • Good understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.), data science, machine learning, and modern frameworks.
  • Proven experience in technical interviewing and assessing diverse technical skill sets.
  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and technical evaluation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and software development lifecycle tools.
