Responsibilities:

  • Constant need for MS office skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
  • Oversee updates, edits, and revisions of existing curriculum development of new trainings
  • Plan the monthly course offering schedule with the Workshop Coordinator
  • Directly manage all Workshop Instructors who teach the curriculum
  • Hire and train new instructors and ensure consistency across the curriculum delivery
  • Assist with the General Workshop Training Course, approve student quizzes, and introduce new users to the space
  • Assist with the Shoparone 101 Training course, conducting the workshop walk-through for each session and update the curriculum as needed
  • Plan and execute larger shop oriented projects to improve shop usability, including custom fabrication projects, spec’ing new equipment
