Technical Recruiter for Semiconductor Manufacturing


We're hiring a Technical Recruiter with a passion for finding top-tier talent in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry. If you have experience recruiting Mixed-Signal or Analog Design Engineers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team


Key Responsibilities:

- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates

- Collaborating with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies

- Using innovative sourcing techniques to identify the best talent

- Managing the recruitment process for technical roles in a manufacturing environment


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for semiconductor roles

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques for technical talent in semiconductors

- Proven organizational and communication skills

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven recruitment methods
