Position Overview:

The Expert Onboarding Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding industry professionals across various sectors to join our expert network. You will work closely with the expert acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about networking, research, and building long-term relationships with professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify qualified experts across industries, using various channels including , databases, and internal tools.
  • Initiate contact with potential experts via phone, email, and professional networks, explaining the benefits of joining Xpressviews.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information and documents are collected.
  • Ensure all expert profiles are accurately updated and maintain detailed records in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration into the expert database.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with experts, addressing their questions or concerns regarding the onboarding process.
  • Monitor onboarding performance and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to understand the needs of different sectors and refine expert outreach efforts accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or onboarding roles is mandatory. Experience in expert networks is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to ensuring a seamless expert experience.
