Automation Specilaist

Role and Responsibilities

• Must be able to co-ordinate with multiple owners and do requirements gathering
• Must be able to understand the automation possible areas and non-possible areas
• Must be able to do detailed analysis on the IT requirements in the assigned process for automation purposes
• Must be able to convert manual work through automation
• Must be able to maintain the created bots in regular basis
• Must be able to tracking the Precision and Recall of bots and proactively reaching out to the process owners for changes in the business rules
• Must be able to maintain RACI and PDD
• Development and Deployment of Bots. Must have developed large scale automations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• UG Degree – BE , BSC-Computer Science

Preferred Skills

• Must have exceptional organizational and computer technical skills
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or escalations quickly

Communication Skills (Excellent/Good/Medium)

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and effectively work on multiple projects at one time
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner

Required Certifications

• UI Path Foundation
• UI Path Business Analyst
• UI Path Architect
• Must have worked in Automation Anywhere and UIPath
