Job Description: SAP Practice Head

Position Overview: The SAP Practice Head will lead and oversee the SAP practice within the organization, driving strategic direction, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to enhance the practice's growth and effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the SAP practice, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP consultants and project managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with SAP solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies to drive innovation within the practice.
  • Manage resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal utilization of team members.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • The candidate should have experience of working with a SAP partner organization.
  • Strong understanding of SAP on RISE, SAP CX, SAP modules and solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW).
  • Should have experience of Heading and incubating the SAP Practices
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
