Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Concierge at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre located in South Goa district. The Lead Concierge will be responsible for managing concierge services, reservations, receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

  • Concierge Services and Reservations skills
  • Excellent Communication and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Customer Service skills with a passion for helping guests
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
