Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for a range of positions. Other responsibilities of the HR Recruiter will include managing job postings, maintaining the recruitment database, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screen resumes and job application forms
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Interview job candidates via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
- Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions
