Team Lead - Data Analyst (Power BI)

Job Description - Team Lead- Data Analyst
Experience - 8+ Years
Location - Kochi

Required Technical Skills and Experience

1. Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and other BI tools.
2. Strong proficiency in data modeling, data visualization, and report development.
3. Familiarity with SQL, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and M (Power Query Formula Language).
4. Experience with data warehousing and data management practices.
5. Knowledge of integrating Power BI with various data sources and using APIs for live data feeds.
6. Understanding of cloud platforms like Azure, which are often integrated with Power BI for enhanced capabilities.
7. Proven track record of successfully leading a data analytics or BI team.
8. Experience in designing, building, and deploying BI solutions in a business setting.
9. Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decision-making processes in an organization.
10. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Management Skills

1. Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide the analytics team.
2. Ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that BI solutions align with business goals.
3. Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate insights from complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions to increase BI literacy across the company.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
