Role Description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

GreenJams seeks an entrepreneurial engineering graduate to execute QA/QC and product development plans at our Agrocrete® manufacturing unit in Goa. This is an on-site job where the ideal candidate manages and executes daily tasks. The candidate will work closely and report directly to the Founder & CEO.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Assist in developing new products, processes and methods based on the company's core carbon-negative technologies

- Implement research experiments aimed towards developing new products and applications

- Record and report observations and test results effectively

- Collaborate with and handhold the operations team to implement new manufacturing processes and methods.

- Develop user manuals and site manuals for customer teams to implement new solutions

- Develop technical data sheets for new products and services

- Implement QA/QC protocols for manufactured products and ensure compliance with technical specifications

- Promote safety in the manufacturing unit by implementing standard safety practices.

- Follow and improve manufacturing SOPs

- Assist in production and fulfil weekly targets

- Assist to prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly MIS for production, inventory, raw material stock, and personnel

- Investigate quality-related issues and come up with solutions for customers

- Improve equipment maintenance and repairs processes.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of operations, IP, and technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Diploma/BE/BTech/ME/MTech (Civil)

Experience: 0-2 Years
