Presales Engineer

At Empress, we specialize in media asset management solutions, and our flagship product, eMAM, is a powerful tool designed for managing, archiving, and distributing digital content with ease and security. We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to join our team, focusing on eMAM to support our sales team and prospective clients in achieving seamless, scalable media management solutions.

Job Overview:
As a Presales Engineer for eMAM, you will work closely with our sales team and clients to understand and communicate technical needs, perform product demonstrations, and offer solution-oriented technical support. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions, storage and archive management, and media asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations of eMAM, showcasing its features, integrations, and workflow benefits.
Client Consultation: Work with sales and client teams to identify customer requirements, understand technical needs, and recommend tailored eMAM solutions.
Technical Consultation: Act as the technical expert during the presales process, responding to technical questions, addressing concerns, and recommending configurations based on client requirements.
Solution Design: Develop and present customized eMAM solutions, client’s media workflow, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, storage, and cloud platforms.
