Job Summary
 Electrical works, Plumbing & Sanitary works, Fire Fighting work, Ventilation System, Substation works, HVAC works, Fire Alarm System, PA, Access control, Boom Barrier, STP, WTP, Elevators, Solar System ,DG Plant
 Estimation and costing of MEP Works
 Project Planning and Scheduling of MEP Works of Building Project
 Technical Audit of MEP works executed by the Contractors at project site as per Technical Specifications
 Checking & Certifying of all MEP related bills
 Good Communication skills required
 Coordination with all services & civil work
 Develop and implement all the required documentation, operational checks and reports
 Ensured adherence to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developed & implemented measures for enhancing safety levels.Minimum Requirements
