TDeFi is a token growth studio dedicated to promoting the adoption of web3 technologies. We aim to remove barriers hindering web3 adoption by offering access to renowned mentors, token engineering, token management, community growth assistance, exchange listings, investor connections, and growth hacking partnerships.

Since 2020, TDeFi has successfully guided 60+ companies through the token markets, reaching significant milestones such as securing the largest market share and attaining unicorn status.


Role:

Investor Relations Associate

You will play a crucial role in supporting our Investor Relations team, assisting in various activities related to investor communications, relationship management, and strategic fundraising initiatives for our portfolio companies.

Job description:

  1. Investor Onboarding: Connect to Venture Funds (VC), Family Offices (FO), High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Fund of Funds (FoF) and other relevant parties in the blockchain industry and build relations to onboard them in our ecosystem.
  2. Maintain investor database: Help maintain an accurate and up-to-date database. Input and update their information, track communication history, and ensure data integrity.
  3. Assist in investor communication: Support the Investor Relations team in preparing and distributing investor updates, newsletters, and other communications. Help maintain a regular cadence of engagement with stakeholders and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Fundraise of Portfolio Companies: Assist the IR team in fundraising campaigns for the portfolio companies and pitch practices. Set up Demo Days for portcoss, invite investors, and look after its operations.
  5. Conduct market research: Perform research and analysis on the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and investment opportunities. Help identify potential investors and partners for our portfolio companies.
  6. Coordinate investor meetings: Assist in organizing investor meetings and other events. Coordinate logistics, prepare presentation materials, and ensure smooth execution of meetings and events.
  7. Deal Sourcing: Create channels to bring in deals for TDeFi and sister companies.



Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Strong interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with a solid understanding of fundamental concepts.
  2. Proficient Communication with the ability to interact effectively with high-level professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
  4. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  5. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.
  6. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
  7. Proficient in the utilization of Airtable, Google Spreadsheets, and various CRM tools, and familiar with designing platforms such as Figma and Canva.
