KOT & Parcel Maker

As a KOT & Parcel Maker, your role is to efficiently handle and process Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) and parcel orders. You will ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery for dine-in and takeaway customers.

Responsibilities:

1.    Order Processing:

• Receive and verify KOTs and parcel orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff for order preparation.
• Monitor order status and prioritize based on timing.

2.    Packaging and Presentation:

• Package food items for takeaway or delivery.
• Maintain quality and presentation of packaged orders.

3.    Order Tracking and Communication:

• Track order progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

4.    Quality Assurance:

• Perform quality checks on prepared food items.
• Address any issues promptly.

5.    Cleanliness and Organization:

• Keep the order processing area clean and stocked.
• Maintain proper storage of packaging materials.

6.    Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order processing or food preparation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
