Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Salesforce DevOps Engineers join our team. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes.



Responsibilities:



We are seeking skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineers to join our dynamic teams, with two pods consisting of 2 nearshore and 3 offshore engineers each. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a solid understanding of DevOps practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Manage and deploy Salesforce metadata across environments.

- Construct robust solutions utilizing various data sources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.

- Operate within an AWS environment to support Salesforce applications and infrastructure.

- Apply DevOps fundamentals to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps practices.

- Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Metadata management.

- Strong understanding of GitHub Actions for continuous integration and deployment.

- Experience working in AWS environments is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Early
