About the Role:

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate or Max 15 Days


Technical Expertise:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega's best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Pega rulesets, activities, flows, and other components.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

CSSA & CSA Certification:

  • Possess and actively maintain CSSA and CSA certifications, demonstrating deep expertise in Pega development.
  • Apply advanced Pega concepts and techniques to deliver high-quality solutions.

Problem-Solving:

  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Pega applications.
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex problems and challenges.

Project Management:

  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with developers, testers, and business analysts.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, components, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in implementing Pega-based solutions in a production environment.
  • CSSA and CSA certifications are mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
