Job Description for Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead cum Architect with a strong foundation in database script review, frontend technologies (specifically Angular), and backend development using C# within the .NET framework. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive technical solutions, ensure code quality, and play a key role in architectural decision-making

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions using C# and .NET for backend, and Angular for frontend.

Perform thorough code reviews, especially in database scripts, Angular components, and C#/.NET modules.

Review, optimize, and ensure quality in database scripts and queries. Identify and resolve performance issues in databases.

Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Participate in sprint planning, and technical reviews to ensure timely and successful delivery of features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in C# within the .NET Framework/Core.

Extensive experience with Angular.

Strong SQL knowledge, with expertise in reviewing and optimizing complex database scripts.

Design & Architecture:

Experience in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and other scalable architectures.

Solid understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and software architecture best practices.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead technical teams, make architectural decisions, and ensure the overall quality of deliverables.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem resolution.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to have

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker).

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
