- To maintain good quality sized beam with the available infrastructure
- Should know about sizing of fine counts with high no of ends
- Technical Competency in warping , Sizing & weaving operations
- Ensure optimum breakages and high productivity and low rejection
- To plan for daily runouts, yarn requirements for both warp & weft
- To achieve maximum loom efficiency, Shed efficiency & Utilization efficiency
- Machine maintenance preventive and brake down schedule follow up
- To plan daily beam requirements of weaving shed
- Production planning and on time delivery of fabric to the greige ware house
DEGREE / DIPLOMA IN TEXTILE, Minimum 3-5 years of experience Home Textiles as weaving Supervisor with Somet Rappier looms experience.
