Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Advertising
Department: Digital Marketing.
Job Location: Infopark Phase 2, Cochin
Countries Supporting: UAE ( Other countries on demand )

Job Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising Strategy:
Develop and execute data-driven paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Linkedin Programmatic advertisements and other relevant channels for e-commerce business.

Campaign Optimization:
Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize performance, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, and e-commerce conversion rates.

Budget Management:
Efficiently manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve the best possible return on investment and achieve e-commerce sales targets.

Ad Creative Development:
Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to generate insights, prepare detailed performance reports, communicate findings to the broader team, and plan strategies based on the insights.

A/B Testing:
Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting for continuous improvement.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Collaborate with the website and UX teams to optimize landing pages and improve overall conversion rates.

Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Lead Generation:
Generate B2B leads through paid advertising and modify campaigns based on the quality of leads.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Proven experience (Above 3 years ) in performance marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
* Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and industry best practices.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Certifications in relevant platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.
